The Bible says, in Romans 8:14, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” At For Christ Ministries, this is a scripture we hold in high esteem as we use it to cultivate an atmosphere of surrender to God’s soveriegnty and acknowledge his full authority in our lives. The Gospel is a message of the restoration of the relationship between God and his people. In that relationship, our distinct position is one of submission to his leadership, his heart and his will. His Spirit sanctifies and empowers us to fulfill his will, and then leads us to carry it out.
We truly believe that deliverance is the children’s bread and as ambassadors of Jesus, our aim is to minister to the whole soul of a person, administering deliverance when needed, just like he did, to help his people walk in true victory. (John 14:12, Mark 16:17)
The Word of God is truly transformative, and we will greatly reap the rewards of its benefits if we do our due diligence to dig out its treasures. We believe that having an understanding of solid, biblical doctrine is foundational to growing in the knowledge of God.
Once our lives have been changed indefinitely by the love of God, we are commissioned to spread that same love to everyone we meet. It’s the motivating factor that defines our lives and becomes the primary way the world will know we are his disciples. Our only objective is to live in, by and through his love.
For Christ Ministries is a church of believers who acknowledge God as our Father, Jesus Christ as our Lord, Savior and Redeemer, and the Holy Spirit as our teacher, healer, deliverer and representative of God’s power in the earth. Love is our foundation, which is also God’s weapon of choice to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free. We believe that, as the body of Christ, we are his ambassadors. We’re equipped as a house of warriors, being rooted and grounded in sound doctrine, and we’re an apostolic work for the Kingdom of God, training and raising up his people to stand on his word. Once you’ve done all you can, stand and see the salvation of the Lord!
